DIY guide for using Polestar touch-up paint
Once we\’ve custom-mixed your Polestar paint all that\’s left to do is apply it to the damaged part of your vehicle.

Clean the damaged part of your Polestar thoroughly, removing any grease, dirt, and debris to help the paint adhere.

Homogenise the paint by giving your can, bottle, or pen a good shake to mix.

Check the paint\’s colour match on a discreet part of your Polestar.

Apply the paint carefully and evenly, leaving each coat to dry before the next. You can also add a layer of clear coat for extra protection.

Start by cleaning the damaged area to remove wax and debris, then follow these three straightforward steps:
For deep scratches and chips, you may need to repeat steps 1 & 2 several times.
- Use the included brush to apply your custom mixed Polestar car paint and leave it to dry for up to five minutes.
- Apply the blending solution using your paint removal cloth, then wait for a few minutes for this to dry.
- Buff the treated area to restore its shine by applying the polish with your microfibre cloth. (Omit this step if using matte paint).
