How to use Auto Aerosol Mercury paint
When your Mercury touch-up paint arrives, you\’re a few straightforward steps away from a flawless repair.

First, clean the area around the scratch or scrape to get rid of dust, debris, and grime so that the paint adheres well.

Give your chosen Mercury paint product a shake to ensure it is well-mixed.

Check the colour match by applying a small amount of your Mercury paint to a discreet part of your vehicle\’s bodywork.

When you\’re happy with the match, apply your paint to the damaged area. Make sure it dries properly between coats. You may need several coats to get full coverage, and you can add a layer of clear coat for extra protection.

Start by cleaning the damaged area to remove wax and debris, then follow these three straightforward steps:
For deep scratches and chips, you may need to repeat steps 1 & 2 several times.
- Use the included brush to apply your custom mixed Mercury car paint and leave it to dry for up to five minutes.
- Apply the blending solution using your paint removal cloth, then wait for a few minutes for this to dry.
- Buff the treated area to restore its shine by applying the polish with your microfibre cloth. (Omit this step if using matte paint).
